The employees are able to understand the vision of the company and, they co-operate to achieve it. In case a company HR team does not lay down the process of recruiting workers, there would many cases of discrimination and favoritism. Many people who are more experience will not be absorbed in the company while the less experienced would with the favor of the team.HR policy plays a major role in building and developing human resources. This is done through training policies. It focuses on training its worker new skills where superiors train subordinates and, subordinates train workers who are at a lower level. These trainings help in increasing the level of output. It helps the worker to grow professionally and build on their existing skills (Bohlander 2010).Salaries and remuneration policies assures that the salaries of employees are competitive and correspondi ng to other organization around the same area. It defines the benefits and allowances that are to be included in the basic salary such as house allowances, medical cover, and maternity leave among other. It prevents the employees from being sack or their contract terminated. If define the nature of employment in terms of full time, part time, temporary or contract (Hayes 2009).HR policies highlight employeeà ¢Ã¢â ¬s rights and privileges (Hayes 2009). It helps them to find a solution for any violation of their rights during work like discrimination. If there are policies, they will help them to enhance a model of communication to their employers, where they can air their grievances.
